ABOUT Markert Strong

Markert Strong was originally created to help Jackson Markert and his family with the emotional and financial burden of facing childhood cancer for the second time. Jackson passed away on April 12th, 2022 at the age of 14. Before Jackson passed away, he told his family that he wanted Markert Strong to continue to help families in the community facing similar battles for years to come. We will honor Jackson's wishes and keep his legacy alive by doing work throughout the Ellis County, TX community to raise awareness for childhood cancer and help out families in need of emotional and financial support.
